Step One:
Print out a copy of the application, review, and complete in draft form, including composing your responses to the four essay questions. Determine who will submit a letter of recommendation for you and advise the individual that he/she will receive an email from schoolrecssupport@infosnap.com to complete the online recommendations. Letters are due by February 15, 2013 at 5:00 pm ED for the application to be considered complete.

Step Two:
Collect all required information:

• Copy of Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) submitted online only
• You will need to have a copy of your SAT or ACT scores and your latest high school transcript in order to complete the questions on the online application
• SAT or ACT scores sent to the Foundation directly from the testing agencies. The Foundation's college codes are: SAT: 4248/ACT: 6570

Step Three:
Extensions will not be granted and late submissions will not be accepted, no exceptions. Each scholarship applicant who submits an application by the deadline will receive an email confirmation. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY to submit your application because if there is a system failure due to the volume of applications, your application may not meet the deadline.

Step Four:
If you are selected as a Semi-Finalist and invited to an interview with one of the regional committees, you will be required to bring copies of the documents listed below to the interview.

• Copy of your official high school transcript
• Copy of your social security card and your official US identification (e.g., driver's license, state ID, passport)
• Copy of letter of acceptance by college or university
• Copy of the financial aid document provided by your college or university
• I-9 Verification Form completed (form provided if selected for interviews)
