1. What causes do you care about?

While we certainly care about many causes around the world, we have narrowed our focus to four areas: STEM education, military and veterans, the environment and health and human services.  Northrop Grumman spends a great deal of time in the STEM education arena, as the development of a diverse pipeline of STEM talent is critical to the success of our company and our global security.

2. What motivated you to support the Jackie Robinson Foundation and our Scholars?

The Jackie Robinson Foundation has a legacy of promoting the educational advancement of underserved populations.  Jackie Robinson broke barriers to help ensure everyone had incredible opportunities and the Jackie Robinson Foundation is doing the same for talented, well-deserving students.

3. How can Scholars learn more about and get involved with Northrop Grumman?

We recommend reviewing our annual Corporate Responsibility Report.  From the report, they can learn more about Northrop Grumman’s culture, people and commitment to values.
