Patsy Doerr

Patsy Sciutto Doerr, the recently appointed Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Credit Suisse, is a leading expert in the field of corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion and sustainability. Her greatest passion is helping large organizations build and develop initiatives that best position them for long-term success in a diverse, global environment. Ms. Doerr’s experience includes driving these efforts in social impact, talent, learning, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and client engagement primarily, but not limited to, financial services.

Ms. Doerr’s recent appointment follows eight years at Thomson Reuters where she led the corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion and sustainability functions globally. In this role, she was responsible for building and developing teams and initiatives that helped drive Thomson Reuters’ social and environmental efforts forward. Launched in 2017, she was also responsible for the ESG Institute, a resource and support center tasked with building awareness and understanding around social impact.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Ms. Doerr held a number of global leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase. At Credit Suisse, she was based in Hong Kong and led the talent and learning, employee recognition, alumni relations and the global centers of excellence development effort for the Asia Pacific region – which spanned 14 countries and 15,000 employees. At Deutsche Bank in London, and at JPMorgan Chase in New York prior to, Ms. Doerr both led and built leading global learning and development functions across all levels of the respective organizations.

A lifelong resident of New York, Ms. Doerr is a graduate of Washington and Lee University (B.S., Biology) and Fordham University (M.S., Adult Education/Organizational Development). She serves on several boards and finance committees that aid in the advancement of women in developing markets as well as diversity and education.
