Steven studied aboard in the Czech Republic for three months. For his independent study, Steven conducted an ethnography to analyze the effects of post-communism on age and urban mall spaces. During the summer, Steven held an internship at ESPN as an International Digital Marketing Intern for Latin America, while simultaneously interning with banks and firms in the financial services industry through a business prep program, Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Steven was one of 84 students accepted into the Harvard Business School’ Summer Venture in Management Program, a one-week management training program that offers a broader understanding of the challenges business leaders face through 15 interactive case studies, facilitated by HBS professors.
Steven is focused on a career as a financial analyst. He has already interviewed with banks and investment management firms.
Steven was active with the Sbk Sarthi Charitable Trust in New Delhi, India as an English Teacher. He helped create an interactive curriculum to increase students’ interest in learning English; tutored 10 middle school students, focusing on their grammar and pronunciation to improve testing results; and taught three high school students basic computer skills to increase their PowerPoint and Excel literacy.
